AALIYAH WILMOTT

Coach Aaliyah is a passionate and dedicated new voice in the softball coaching world, specializing in outfield development. A former player with a lifelong love for the game, she brings energy, enthusiasm, and a fresh perspective to the field. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes fundamentals, hustle, and teamwork, with a commitment to helping athletes build confidence, sharpen their skills, and grow both on and off the diamond.

Aaliyah’s softball journey began in the 7th grade, where she quickly fell in love with the sport. She went on to compete in high-level tournaments across the United States, proudly representing the Bahamas, before continuing her playing career at the University of The Bahamas. In 2025, she made the transition to coaching during the BAP All-Star Week, bringing her passion full circle as she now inspires the next generation of athletes.
