With more than 14 years of playing experience and 8 years of coaching expertise, Sophia Cartwright brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the game of softball. A former standout on both the Junior and Senior Bahamas National Teams, she has competed at the highest levels and now channels that experience into shaping the next generation of athletes.
As a coach, Sophia is dedicated to developing well-rounded players by emphasizing skill mastery, mental toughness, and a strong team culture. Her unwavering commitment to excellence—both on and off the field—continues to inspire, elevate, and empower those she mentors.
