MEET COACH WINTON
Winton Sears, a proud native of Nassau, Bahamas, is a purpose-driven leader dedicated to mentoring, developing, and empowering the next generation. Guided by strong values and Godly principles, he is committed to building confidence, enhancing self-esteem, and equipping youth with the tools to succeed both on and off the field.
With a background in Information Technology and Banking & Finance, Winton brings a well-rounded perspective to his work. His passion for the game of softball has made him a pivotal figure in youth development across the Bahamas, where he continues to inspire athletes through his enthusiastic coaching and mentorship.
Believing that true success is rooted in grit, growth, and glowing confidence, Coach Winton often reminds his athletes that talent alone is never enough. For him, the greatest reward lies in witnessing young players overcome adversity, build self-assurance, and pursue their goals with determination. Each challenge on the field becomes an opportunity to teach lessons that shape not only athletes but leaders for the future.
